One Starter plus one Hustler — four recipes at our best per-recipe price. Enough kernels to practice, dial in your flavors, and put real product in people's hands. When this bundle runs out, you'll know exactly what your business needs next.
The recipe rule1 recipe = 9–10 cups popped. In Dwayne’s Oct. 4 test, 1 cup unpopped (about 8 oz) made about 12 cups popped.
Bag yields are approximate. Follow your popper’s instructions and measure your actual popped yield.

Straight answers
What to buy, how to store it, and when bulk finally makes sense.
The Starter (8 oz) makes about 1 recipe — roughly 12 cups of popped mushroom popcorn. The Hustler (24 oz) makes about 3 recipes. We measure in recipes, not ounces, because that's how you'll actually use them.
You could — and when you're popping steady every week, you should. Here's the honest math: 50 lbs is about 100 recipes. If you're still testing flavors and finding customers, most of that bag will sit open going stale before you ever pop it. Kernels lose moisture over time, and dry kernels pop poorly. Our bags are sized to your batch, sealed fresh, and tested lot by lot. Buy the bag that matches where your business is today — we'll tell you when you're ready for the big bag.
Every lot is pop-tested before it ships. The lot number, test date, and result are stamped right on the bag. If a lot doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't ship. That's the whole product — not corn, certainty.
Because you're not paying for corn. You're paying for someone to find the right kernel, test every lot, pack it recipe-sized, and keep it fresh. Bulk is cheaper per ounce and more expensive per mistake.
The Starter. One bag, one recipe, one finished batch you can taste, photograph, and price. Then work through Kernel by Kernel alongside it — Lesson 2 teaches you the recipe rule your whole business will run on.
Cool, dry place, bag sealed tight. Don't refrigerate. Use within a few months for best pops — which is easy, because the bags are sized to actually get used.
When you're popping the same recipe every week and going through a Hustler bag in days, not weeks. That's a good problem — it means the business is working. Until then, fresh small bags will out-pop a stale big one every time.
Proof over guesswork
A product name or review can’t replace a test of the lot inside your bag.
A review tells you about someone else’s batch. It doesn’t show the shape or performance of the lot you’ll receive.
We check popped shape before a lot goes into bags. Its POP PROOF sticker records the test information for that lot.
Try one recipe or a few without committing to a bulk sack. Our 8 oz and 24 oz bags leave room to experiment.
Lot testing helps us choose kernels; it doesn’t promise that every kernel will form the same shape. Your equipment and popping method still matter.
