What we collect

• Email address and optional name when you register for the course or enter the giveaway.
• Passed lesson quiz scores, lesson IDs, and completion dates to save course progress.
• Giveaway task answers, setup-photo links, referral activity, and entry counts to administer the giveaway.
• Email address and the update list you choose when you request launch alerts, lesson updates, or an opening reminder.

How we use it

We use course information to save your progress, giveaway information to count entries and contact winners, and signup information to send the updates you request. Course registration and giveaway entry do not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Neon stores these records and Resend processes email delivery for Kernel Craft. We do not sell or rent your information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Email confirmation delivery may be limited by availability or sending quotas; your saved action does not depend on delivery.

Your choices

Update-signup confirmations include a link to stop that update list. You can also email support@kernelcrafthq.com to stop updates. Essential giveaway and course confirmations are separate from optional updates.

To request deletion, email support with “delete my data.” We aim to remove your data within 30 days. Deleting your entrant information means it can no longer be used to administer your giveaway entry.

Device storage and cookies

This site uses localStorage, rather than a giveaway cookie, to remember your entrant ID, course email, and lessons you have started on this device. Completed lessons are saved on the server. Clearing browser storage removes the device’s remembered details. You can switch course emails from the course player.

No analytics or advertising trackers are installed in this package. The hosting provider may keep standard service logs. Keep your saved entrant access private, especially on a shared device.

Your submitted content

Giveaway text and linked photos are used to administer the entry activity. Submitting them does not grant permission for public reuse; we will ask separately before reposting your content.

Children

Kernel Craft is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
