Official giveaway rules

01. Sponsor

The Kernel Craft Launch Giveaway is sponsored by Kernel Craft, El Paso, Texas, United States (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to support@kernelcrafthq.com.

02. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Sponsor’s staff and anyone directly involved in administering this giveaway, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

03. Entry period

The entry period begins October 26, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT, UTC−06:00), and ends at the exact instant November 1, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. UTC−06:00. This fixed closing offset corresponds to 10:59:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time in El Paso that night. Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries and bonus tasks submitted before the opening or after the closing instant are not eligible.

04. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning. The required email entry and all optional entry activities are free. An early-bird reminder signup before October 26 does not count as an entry; entrants must use the native entry form during the entry period.

05. How to enter and entry values

Visit the giveaway page during the entry period and follow the native entry form’s instructions. Submit your giveaway entry to receive one base entry. This does not enroll you in marketing emails. Optional activities award additional entries as follows:

Flavor vote: 2 additional entries.
Name your hustle: 2 additional entries.
Kernel by Kernel pop quiz: 3 additional entries for the correct “mushroom” answer.
Candy-coat confession: 3 additional entries.
Show your setup: 5 additional entries for a valid http or https URL to your own setup photo. Photos are linked, not uploaded through this site.
Refer friends: 5 additional entries per verified eligible referral.

Each non-referral activity may be completed once per entrant. An entrant is deduplicated by email address; using extra email addresses to create multiple identities is not permitted. Referrals must be unique eligible people who complete the required entry through the entrant’s designated referral link. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, automated entries, and fabricated referrals are not valid. Entrants must submit their own text and images or have permission to use them. Completing optional tasks is not required to enter.

06. Prizes and approximate retail value

Grand Prize — The Full Setup (1 winner): one stovetop kettle popper, one 24 oz Kernel Craft Hustler bag of mushroom popcorn kernels, one LorAnn flavoring set, one Chefmaster coloring set, and the Kernel Craft recipe collection. Approximate retail value: pending confirmation.

Runner-Up — The Starter Kit (3 winners): one air popper, one 8 oz Kernel Craft Starter bag of mushroom popcorn kernels, and one LorAnn flavoring set. Approximate retail value per kit: pending confirmation.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: pending confirmation. Final prize models, set contents, and values will be confirmed before entries open. No cash alternative or transfer is offered. If a listed item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Any taxes or expenses not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility.

07. Drawing and odds

On or around November 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random weighted drawing from all verified eligible entries. Each valid entry counts as one chance in the drawing. One Grand Prize winner and three Runner-Up winners will be selected. Limit one prize per person. Odds depend on the total number of valid entries received and the number of valid entries earned by an entrant. No win is guaranteed.

08. Winner notification and response window

Potential winners will be contacted at the email address used to enter. A potential winner has seven calendar days from the initial notification to respond and provide information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If no response is received within seven days, eligibility cannot be verified, or a prize is declined, an alternate winner may be drawn using the same method. Do not send payment to claim a prize.

09. Entry integrity and administration

Sponsor may exclude entries that are incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, abusive, or obtained by tampering with the entry system. Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost because of internet outages, incorrect contact details, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. If a technical problem materially affects the giveaway, Sponsor will post any necessary changes on the giveaway page and seek to preserve a fair drawing from eligible entries.

10. Privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact potential winners, and arrange prize delivery. Entries are stored privately in Kernel Craft’s giveaway database. Optional marketing consent is handled separately in the email signup form; entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails without invalidating a valid giveaway entry. Text and setup photos are used to verify the entry activity; submission does not grant permission for public reuse. Sponsor will request permission separately before reposting entrant content. 11. General

By entering, participants agree to these rules and to fair eligibility and entry-verification decisions made by Sponsor. The giveaway offers educational tools and supplies, not a promise of business success or income. Facebook, Meta, LorAnn, Chefmaster, and any equipment manufacturer are not sponsors or administrators of this giveaway. Brand names identify prize items only.
